Why is Black History important for everyone you may ask? Let me explain!

Celebrating Black History Month is important for everyone – including those of us who are melanin deficient.

Not only to recognize often overlooked accomplishments and revised historical events but also to work on deconstructing the implicit biases and stereotypes that have wedged themselves into our unconscious brain.

This week’s episode provides one way to help you disassociate negative associations: stare at pictures of awesome black people.
